Our Tenant Utility Policy
Tenants should have utilities switched into their name at time of move in, but no later than 3 business days after move-in. Management will have already put in shut off notices and you don’t want to be without utilities, especially in the cold winter months as you are responsible for damage to property as a result of frozen pipes if utilities are shut off for non-payment.
In the event utilities are shut off for non-payment and management must turn them on at any time during your lease term, you will be responsible for reimbursing management immediately upon notice for those charges.
