My parents were buying and flipping houses for as long as I can remember, and I spent many weekends as a child “helping” them paint the houses they were working on.  After college I worked as an auditor and in life insurance and I also began to purchase a few rental properties.  In 1992 I became a full time Real Estate Agent and shortly after began working in Property Management. I have been the owner of Positive Property Management, Inc. since 1996. In addition to working as the maintenance supervisor I also have been a builder in Central KY for over 20 years.  My special experience in these areas helps me give the best advice to those who are or hoping to become Real Estate Investors.
