Tenant Liaison and Head of Maintenance
I worked in the maintenance side of property management for several years, as a sub-contractor painting, cleaning and doing maintenance on rental properties. I am currently the maintenance and tenant liaison for Positive Property. I believe my working knowledge of maintenance issues helps me to more easily address the tenants’ issues and am often able to walk them through a few steps to fix a problem and if not am able to get a maintenance tech or licensed sub-contractor to them.
